Our laser machine cuts precise, high quality parts out of both thick and thin sheet metal and plates. Profiles and complex shapes can be cut accurately and quickly with a high quality surface finish. Etching capabilities allow marking part numbers, logos, or even locations for accuracy of assembly.

Punching is often the most economical method for creating holes in sheet metal in medium to high production volumes. Along with cutting out parts and making holes, punch presses are capable of forming special features such as knock outs, louvers, bridges, etc.
CNC Turret Punches - Our CNC precision punch presses cut-out parts in sheets up to .135" thick at speeds of 360 hits per minute (on 1" centers). Our machines can hold a positioning tolerance of ± .004"
Manual Punch Press - For thicker metal and structural steel, we use a manual punch press for punching holes in material up to 1/2" thick.
CNC Press Break with a maximum bending force of 220T and bending length of 144" (12 ft) 6-axis with CNC Crowning provides a consistent bend angle along the length of the part. TOUCH-B touch screen graphical user interface control with 3D simulation provide operator with process steps to produce a quality part. Our varying machines allow us to bend anything from small precision parts with .250" long flanges to 0.5" thick bar.
Roll bending puts a large radius in parts of any length. We can roll material up to 48" wide or flatbar up to 1/4" thick.
Our hardware press allows us to insert self-clinching hardware into parts (Such as PEM® Fasteners). The hardware cold flows into the sheet and provides a strong bond with high pushout and torque-out values.
MIG - Quality and robust welds can be produced at a fast rate, lowering production costs
TIG - Robotic Welding and Manual fed welding that is used for welding thin metals.
Spot - Resistance welding useful for low deformation and high production rates
Inhouse Powder Coating capability to improve lead time
Capable of Powder Coating small to medium size parts
For any parts that require plating, heavy machining (endmill and lathe), or heat treatment, we select suppliers from our supplier network who can provide expertise in those areas. We manage the logistics and provide an end product to our customers.
